On July 11th, WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain) celebrated its tenth anniversary with an unforgettable gala at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid. A night to honor a decade of collective work, commitment to equality, and the promotion of female talent in the real estate sector.

A Decade of Empowering Female Talent in Real Estate
Since its founding in 2014, WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain) has grown from a small group of professional women into a well-established community of over 300 members, supported by a broad network of collaborators and partner companies. Over the past ten years, the association has hosted more than 180 events — including conferences, afterworks, corporate gatherings, and leadership forums — becoming one of the most influential initiatives in the industry for promoting female talent.
During the gala, WIRES paid tribute to its founding members, as well as key industry figures such as Jorge Pérez de Leza (Metrovacesa) and Ismael Clemente (Merlin Properties), who were honored as “WIRES Friends 2025” for their dedication to building a more inclusive and diverse sector.
The evening also recognized the social work of the HOGAR SÍ Foundation, this year’s chosen cause, reaffirming WIRES’ commitment not only to professional equity but also to broader social transformation.
